1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the elevia website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. Order Cancellation
Cancellation Window: 6 hours after order placement
How to Cancel:
- Email support@tryelevia.com with your order number
- Include "CANCEL ORDER" in the subject line
- Your request must be sent within 6 hours of placing your order
Important Notes:
- We honour cancellation requests received within the 6-hour cancellation window, even if our team has not yet replied
- After 6 hours, orders may already have entered fulfilment and may no longer be eligible for cancellation
- Approved cancellation refunds are normally issued promptly, although your bank or payment provider may take additional time to display the funds
3. Product Information and Availability
Product Descriptions:
- We strive to keep all elevia product information accurate and up to date
- Product packaging, label design, colours and presentation may vary slightly due to photography, screen settings, packaging updates or production changes
- Ingredients, packaging, manufacturing details or product presentation may occasionally change as our formula, suppliers or manufacturing processes are updated
- The ingredient information and directions provided with the product should always be followed
- We reserve the right to correct typographical, pricing or product-information errors
Availability:
- Products and promotional offers are available while supplies last
- We may modify or discontinue products, bundles, promotions or pricing at any time
- Promotional inclusions are available only when specifically shown as included with your order at the time of purchase
4. Pricing and Payment
Pricing:

One-Time Purchases: elevia currently offers one-time purchases only. There are no subscriptions, automatic renewals or recurring charges. Any charges are displayed at checkout before you order.
5. Shipping and Delivery

Processing time and delivery time are separate. Your order is first prepared and processed before being handed to the carrier. Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided when available.
Delivery Estimates:
- Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed arrival dates
- Carrier delays, weather, peak shopping periods, public holidays, address issues or other circumstances outside our reasonable control may occasionally extend delivery times
- Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout

Risk of Loss:
- Responsibility for an order passes following confirmed delivery to the delivery address provided with the order, subject to rights provided by applicable consumer law
- If tracking shows a delivery problem, contact us and we will help review the situation with you
6. Returns and Refunds
90-Day Money-Back Guarantee: Your 90-day guarantee begins on the date your order is delivered. Try elevia as directed and give it a fair chance. If you're not completely happy with your experience, contact us within 90 days of delivery to request a refund under our guarantee.
To start a refund or return request, email support@tryelevia.com with your order number. Return authorisation may be required before sending any product back.
Return Shipping:
- Damaged, defective or incorrect items: Contact us as soon as possible. When eligible, we will provide an appropriate replacement, refund or return solution
- Change of mind or other approved returns: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
- Do not send a return without first contacting our support team and receiving instructions
Refunds: Once a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Most refunds appear within 1-5 working days after processing, although your bank, card issuer or payment provider may require additional time.
7. Product Use and Disclaimer
PRODUCT USE: elevia Tart Cherry Extract is a dietary supplement for joint comfort and recovery support. Each bottle contains 60 capsules, a 30-day supply at 2 capsules daily.
Always follow the directions provided with the product and use only as directed.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

This includes unauthorised use of our intellectual property, interference with site functionality, fraudulent transactions, chargeback abuse, harassment or misuse of our services.
Account Security: If you create an account, you are responsible for protecting your login credentials and notifying us promptly of suspected unauthorised access.

Our Rights: All website content, elevia branding, logos, product names, images, photographs, videos, copy, graphics, designs, product materials and other brand assets are owned by or licensed to elevia and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Effect of Termination: Termination of access does not cancel legitimate outstanding payment or order obligations. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, government actions, customs or transportation disruptions, labour disputes, carrier delays, supply-chain interruptions, manufacturing delays, payment-provider outages, telecommunications failures or internet outages.
